Watched the second movie today. Well, it’s a bit more straightforward then the the first one, concentrated on the fight scenes between Araragi and the vampire hunters. Unfortunately, we don’t have such memorable moments here as the scene where Araragi is burning or the scene when he encounters Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade for the first time.
As a good thing, in this Kizumonogatari episode we can learn a lot about Hanekawa. It’s event slightly surprising that Araragi ends up dating with Sendjougahara (though I like her as a character a lot) because he and his class representative share so many memories! They go over troubles together, they both were on the verge of death and managed to help each other (
and their sexual tension is so obsious).
To sum up, I’m looking forward to the final, third episode, it’s going to complete the story about Shinobu and what made her look so unemotional in the Bakemonogatari. We’re lucky enough because the premier date of the third Kizumonogatari movie is January, 6th.
